My vision is to enhance parenting capacities of parents, as well as other caregivers who aspire to create compassionate, respectful, and thoughtful relationships with their children. Mindful Parenting Matters strives to inspire all caregivers to live in the moment and to discover the deeper connection with their children and share in the beauty of reflective parenting. I empower caregivers to explore and find harmony with creating long lasting emotional health for themselves, as well as their children.
