Welcome! My approach to counseling is grounded in connection, curiosity, and care. I support individuals and couples in exploring who they are—both past and present—so they can build deeper relationships with themselves and others. I believe that healing happens in relationship, and I invite clients into a collaborative space where we can gently uncover and care for the parts of you that may feel hidden, hurt, or misunderstood. I work from a trauma-informed, relational lens, recognizing how personal and generational experiences shape how we move through the world. I strive to meet each client with compassion, care, and deep respect for your unique journey.
