My clients come to services to explore life experiences, process grief and loss, manage anxiety and/or depressive symptoms, building healthy relationships, and increase quality of life. Together we develop a treatment plan to increase skills and build strategies to meet individual goals. Some clients need 1 session and others are ongoing. Our work is collaborative and the focus is healing. I also have experience in energy healing practices and alternative interventions to find peace and joy in life.
