I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience as a clinician and therapist. My practice specialties include, but are not limited to, working with individuals with ADHD, Depression, Anxiety and acute stress. I have a special interest in empowering others through improving their ability to cope adequately with the challenges faced in daily life. I acknowledge and appreciate the cultural, experiential, and environmental factors that play a major part in one's life. Embracing such factors helps to guide my practice.
