I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist and a Registered Play Therapist serving Indiana and California. I specialize in children (3+ years), teens and adults. I address anxiety, depression management, meltdowns, grief/loss, adjustment issues and trauma for children of all ages and adults. Symptoms and behaviors are meaningful indicators of underlying needs. Together we’ll work to uncover the underlying causes of challenging behaviors and develop healthier, more effective ways to respond to life transitions and difficulties. Along the way you and your child will gain practical skills that can carry you throughout life. My approach is client-centered, tailoring each session to the individual's unique needs. I utilize play therapy with young children to support emotional expression, and Interpersonal Therapy with teens and adults to strengthen relationships, communication, and coping skills. I am trauma-informed and EMDR-trained.
