I work collaboratively with clients. Together we explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, to aid in improving the wellness of their whole being. A non-judgemental safe and warm atmosphere is offered to all persons. Stress, anxiety, interpersonal challenges, and life situations can impact our internal and external worlds in detrimental ways. Seeking an understanding of patterns that do not work, and improving the effectiveness of change, in a trusting relationship, allows clients to gain self-esteem and personal growth.
