Because each person is unique, it's important to approach every therapeutic situation differently. To better understand what makes you "you," I first conduct a holistic background interview that explores different parts of your life. You can identify how those areas may be contributing to your current struggles, or how they may be helping. We can work together to identify what doesn't serve you, and how to regain your power by making choices that align with the life you truly want to live. This can include practicing research-based skills to achieve these goals, such as cognitive-behavioral skills or mind-body techniques.
