I am extremely passionate with working with pre-teens and teens in helping them navigate academic and social pressures, anxiety, depression, suicide prevention, as well as gender and racial identity. My work with youth is guided by my person centered, solution focused and strengths based perspective where gaining confidence, promoting resiliency and identifying healthy coping strategies are just a few of the ways that I hope to help. I find that my biggest strength involves my keen relatability to youth that makes it easy for them to connect with me and form a strong, trusting relationship.
