I believe that therapy is an opportunity for deep and lasting transformation. I work with clients to build insight, strengthen self-confidence, as well as dispel shame and stigma. I lead with a collaborative and culturally competent approach while knowing that therapy is best guided by understanding the personal values and goals you have for yourself. I have experience working with diversity populations, such as immigrant and Latino communities, survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking, individuals living with complex medical conditions, and more. I lead with an eclectic trauma-informed approach.
