My background is mental health, chemical dependency and counseling. I'm versed in many different approaches and focus on what the client needs are at the time keeping pace with the client's readiness to progress. In addition to offering unconditional respect and compassion, I utilize cognitive behavior theory, Brainspotting and EMDR.
