I am a licensed marriage and family therapist treating children, adolescents, and adults who have excessive worries and anxieties, OCD and depression. I also consult with parents about their children and provide parent education as needed. In therapy, the relationship we build is the foundation for change and when we change, everything changes...I do not believe therapy has to necessarily be difficult and work to find humor and a lighter approach whenever possible.
