I specialize in helping people overcome complex and “difficult-to-treat” problems. Clients often come to therapy feeling "stuck" and wanting more freedom in their choices. I work with clients to help identify and bring light to the strategies that we often use to avoid our feelings and keep us locked in patterns we want to shift. I help support people in exploring where they have been, making meaning, and then offering challenges to grow and move forward in an integrated way.
