My focus is on addressing trauma, grief and loss, as well as life stage transitions. I work with individuals who have been adopted, or were in foster care, helping them to put the pieces together and look at their entire life story. I also work with families that have adopted or are going through the adoption process, helping them to see that their child/youth's behaviors may be related to their earlier life experiences and losses. I will help you to look at your life as a whole and put all of the pieces together to feel better and function better on a daily basis. I specialize in trauma, grief, and loss. I will help you to figure out the root cause of your issues - where things stem from - helping you to learn new behaviors, new ways of coping, and new ways of being.
