I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and NCC (Board Certified Counselor), based in New Haven and Milford, Connecticut. I provide telehealth services throughout the entire state of Connecticut. I work with pre-teens, teens, and adults of all ages. I specialize in working with trauma, adoption-related issues, anxiety, depression, and life-stage adjustments and transitions. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, focusing on creating a safe space for my clients to feel heard and understood, helping them to move forward to find improved life functioning and life satisfaction.
