Therapy, to me, is about real connection—being seen, heard, and supported in a space where you can just be yourself. As a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee, I offer a grounded and compassionate approach that meets you where you are. I believe in helping people untangle the thoughts, patterns, and emotions that keep them feeling stuck so they can move toward a life that feels more balanced and meaningful. I’m currently earning my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at William Jessup University and provide therapy in office, virtual, and nature-based settings. My approach is collaborative and flexible, blending practical tools with genuine empathy and curiosity.
