I work with individuals, couples and families. I have been very successful guiding people through anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, couples conflict, family dynamic challenges. I work with people who are journeying through their recovery, helping them to examine their triggers. The key is always in the patient who has the courage to be open to finding out who they truly are. I consider myself blessed and privileged to work in this field and to be invited into the lives of others in order to assist them in having a better life.
