I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist. I specialize in working with children (7–12) and adolescents (13+) who struggle with anxiety, social or school-related stress, and difficulty expressing or managing emotions. Stress, transitions, and relationship challenges can impact a young person’s confidence, behavior, and sense of self. Therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, understand emotions, and learn healthy coping skills. My goal is to help children and teens feel heard, understood, and equipped to handle life’s challenges.
