As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSWR) for over 20 years, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your challenges and discover your strengths. From the outside, you may appear capable and in control—yet internally feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected. I work with high‑functioning professionals who are juggling demanding careers, relationships, and expectations, often while quietly struggling inside. Therapy offers my clients a confidential space to pause, reflect, work out their problems and regain a sense of balance.
