Life is a journey, and from time to time, we all face challenges that we would benefit from discussing with a thoughtful and compassionate listener. I am such a person, plus I own this practice. While I believe therapy is a collaborative enterprise, I also believe when successful, therapy requires an active and experienced guide. I enjoy working with clients struggling with a variety of personal, family, and mental health issues. I have more than 20 years experience working as a therapist. My therapy orientation is eclectic though my foundation is psychodynamic and strengths based. View 4 Photos I have worked with persons who are teenagers through their mid- 60s. I particularly enjoy working with adoloescents, and young adults, around the challenges that are often present during this time in their lives. I'm equally comfortable working with persons from different racial, sexual orientation, religious, and socieconomic backgrounds.
