I am a therapist who has been practicing for over 25 years. I have experience with children, teens and adults. I am trained in trauma and EMDR. In addition I have worked within the foster/adopt system, anxiety, anger management, depression, LGQBT+ and life transitions such as divorce, death etc. I am gender affirming and will assist in writing letters for affirming care. I start with the goals you identify, and if you don’t know where to start because you are feeling overwhelmed, we start there. My goal is always to promote growth in individuals.
