If you're looking to strengthen communication (with partners, family, in-laws, children, at work etc) while creating boundaries and having comfort in showing up as your authentic self, then you're in the right place. I work with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and/or newly diagnosed/undiagnosed/diagnosed ADHD and Autistic folks. Together we can work to gain insight, process experiences, gain skills and create a life that works with you, not against you!
