I work with people looking to move beyond roadblocks in their lives. These roadblocks can be as straightforward as learning how to manage anxiety or depression, or as complex as figuring out how to thrive or survive in an important relationship that's currently under stress. While many clients seek help with specific problems such as marriage, parenting, maneuvering workplace dynamics, or getting through specific crises, others are trying to find ways to overcome personal hurdles in their lives and move beyond their own self-perceived limitations. Whatever the concern, we tackle it together and develop a plan for moving forward. I specialize in helping you learn to more effectively manage yourself in your relationships whether these be personal, professional, romantic, work-related, or most importantly, in your relationship with yourself. I am a systems thinker who has a strong ability to look at relationships from a broader perspective to see why they might not be working as hoped.
