Hello! I’m Robin. I’m so glad you’re here. Finding a good fit in a therapist can be an incredibly daunting process - one that is often filled with obstacles. I aim to minimize barriers so that you can begin to experience some relief. About me: I'm here for you, honestly. Whether you’re seeking emotional support and connection or facing specific challenges like substance use, anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, or stress, I'm here for it. I've skillfully treated clients presenting with a broad range of challenges. I encourage you to contact me with questions pertaining to your concerns. I work online and in person with children and adults (age 8+). My approach draws on evidence-based modalities including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). But more than any technique, I believe what makes therapy work is a real, trusting relationship.
