I’m ND affirmative, hopefully fair and nonjudgmental, with an enjoyment of black humor because life can really get crazy sometimes I work primarily with people struggling with anxiety, depression and trauma. That can be tough to get through alone, but fortunately there are some pretty effective treatments. I've had training on Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (for trauma) and Trauma-Focused CBT. They're a mouthful but do work!
