You’re doing everything you’re supposed to, but inside you feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure who you are anymore. I work with women navigating motherhood, relationship challenges, and identity shifts. I’m Level 3 trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and certified in perinatal mental health. Therapy with me is a space to stop performing and start feeling like yourself again.
