I am the founder of Vital Steps Mental Health Counseling Services PC, a private practice operating in NYC. I am a warm, caring, compassionate, and supportive person. Those qualities have made it easy for people to share their deepest emotional issues as they search for a path to cope and manage some of life's most challenging circumstances. Society tends to see and be accepting of the impact of physical challenges on the life of an individual however, most people struggle to understand the debilitating impact of traumatic experience on the health and wellbeing of a person.
