I enjoy listening to, and learning from, all of my clients with whom I am privileged to work. I enjoy assisting people of all ages to discover their unique strengths. I will work with you to determine what you want for yourself and how to achieve your desired goals. My philosophy and practice is very eclectic. We will work together as partners for your personal success. If talk therapy previously has not been as successful as you expected, I offer somatic and expressive therapies. Additionally, I am certified and trained in EMDR therapy. I enjoy being creative with various approaches to meet individual, couples and family needs.
