I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and have been working in the behavioral health field since 2010. I have over 12 years of experience working in both non-profit and private practice settings with children/adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups who are experiencing a wide range of challenges. Much of my experience has been dedicated to helping those affected by trauma. My experience with this hurting population spans over 12 years. I am trained in Trauma-Informed Practice and have assisted individuals and families in overcoming barriers to personal emotional and psychological safety.
