I believe therapy is a partnership, not a dictatorship - if you’re looking for an engaging, responsive therapist who doesn’t “just sit there," I might be right for you! I work with individuals 14+ and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and relationship difficulties. My style is welcoming, empathetic, and inclusive. I meet clients wherever they are in their healing process and seek to empower them to discover their strengths and develop healthy approaches to address challenges in their lives. Drawing from evidence-backed, research-informed techniques, I tailor my approach to help each client achieve their goals. Starting couples counseling can be scary. But while the issues that lead a couple to seek help are painful, the therapy process can be a positive experience - even fun! I take the time to get to know each partner individually to understand their needs and hopes for the relationship. I help couples reconnect, rediscover their strengths, and handle conflict.
