I am a licensed Psychologist practicing in Fairfield County, Connecticut. I have over twenty years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I also work with couples and families. My practice focuses on issues with depression, anxiety and/or trauma. I include EMDR therapy in my treatment of trauma when appropriate, and have found this to be a highly effective way to resolve trauma symptoms. I also work with adjustment issues and career development. I take an integrative approach to the therapy I provide and utilize psychodynamic approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy, and relaxation work to assist you in achieving your goals.
