I am a licensed clinical professional counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology. I have extensive experience working in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs and private practice settings. My focus is on collaborating with children, teens, adults and couples struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges and life related stressors. I aim to provide space for growth through psychoeducation, exploring personal values, inner strengths, effective coping strategies and establishing a strong sense of self.
