In this difficult time we find ourselves in, our mental health becomes even more important to pay attention to. If you or your child are struggling, please know I can help. Both adults and children find themselves focusing on the “loudest” problem, while the real issue remains hidden. Kids and adults need to be given the right tools in order to navigate and be successful in their lives! I am a skilled at working with children to give them the skills necessary to be happy with their lives. I can also teach adults to tap back into the tools that work, as well as introduce new ones.
