We were created for connection with others, whether it come from a teacher, friend, coworker, spouse, or family member. My goal in therapy is to provide a safe comfortable space for YOU to process your story and its challenges and then work together to improve your mental health and relationships. I am currently licensed in AZ, TX, and now MO! I have a nice new office in Creve Coeur where I am accepting new clients. I accept Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of MO, Aetna, and Cigna.
