Sometimes people have difficult times in life for many reasons. Some of which are hard to manage alone. In 20 years of being a therapist, I have helped people navigate issues with mental health, substance abuse, post-partum, co-dependency, life transitions and many other factors that bring them to therapy. I can help you in developing and meeting your individual goals and finding solutions to many facets of life where you are struggling. I specialize in substance use disorders for adolescents and adults, including knowledge of 12 Step programs. I also counsel loved ones of substance users. I also specialize in helping people navigate issues with chronic pain and chronic illness. Another passion of mine is working with women that have post-partum depression, anxiety, OCD and/or psychosis.
