Many of my clients are navigating through relationship struggles, identity questions, emotional pain, or blocks around their creativity and self-expression. They’re often the ones who carry a lot for others and are now ready to be seen themselves. If that’s you, therapy can help you begin to shift the patterns that feel stuck, frustrating, or hard to name. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after time away, I offer a grounded, collaborative space where we can do the work together.
