I am a Spanish and English speaking clinician who welcomes any and everybody, especially those who want to process underlying trauma, and who have mood, anxiety, and dissociative disorders. Whether you are having difficulty regulating your emotions on a daily basis or finding fulfillment and meaning in life, we will work together to bring greater clarity, balance, and awareness. As a Latina therapist, I understand the importance of culture, family dynamics, and the unspoken expectations that can shape our emotional lives. I support clients who are navigating generational trauma & exploring their roles within family and society.
