I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters from California Baptist University. I have 14 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of life challenges and mental health disorders. utilize different treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, EMDR, PCIT, and many more based on the needs of the client. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. My goal is to provide clients with a safe place in which they can explore their struggles freely, learn new skills, discover their natural strengths, and use them to change what is no longer working in their lives.
