I teach virtual Mongan Method HypnoBirthing and provide virtual doula care! I'm a Clinical hypnotherapist, and a virtual birth doula helping families as they prepare positively for birth. I’m a certified menopause doula as well, so I support families and women from pre-conception preparation and IVF with specialized hypnosis, through pregnancy and postpartum care, and throughout their lives now as a menopause doula. I love working with my clients to help them build lives full of comfort, joy, hope and growth. I really enjoy working with clients of all ages from 6 up and helping artists and athletes to reach their goals.
