Hi — I’m Rochelle, and I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside youth, adults, and families who are facing transitions, identity questions, relational challenges, and the desire to feel more connected, grounded, and resilient for 20+years. I have been described as genuine, humble, and compassionate — someone who creates space for the real stories and the changes people want in their lives. I believe growth happens in the context of trusted relationships. I aim to meet you where you’re at and tailor our work to your rhythm by exploring where you feel stuck, what matters most to you, and using that as a compass for moving forward.
