I strive to help you feel comfortable, understood, and clear about what you want from therapy. In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you in, what’s been challenging, and what you’d like to be different. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your concerns, strengths, and goals, and we’ll begin identifying patterns that may be contributing to stress or feeling stuck. Together, we’ll determine whether my structured 8- 10 session approach is a good fit. You can expect to leave with greater clarity, an initial plan, and at least one practical tool or insight to use right away.
