I believe we each have an innate capacity to heal. I enjoy working with a variety of issues and have an eclectic approach born out of 25 years experience. I work extensively with anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions and relationships. I also teach meditation, relaxation, and pain management. I create a climate of acceptance and safety in which exploration and communication can flourish.
