Let me help you "Design Your Life!" We tend to design certain parts of our lives, maybe where we're going to live, or what kind of job we want to have. But when it comes to the most important things: relationships, marriages, parenting, and our own happiness, we often tend to just land where we land. Then we wonder why we are not happy or why things are not working out the way we had hoped. My goal is to help you get in the "driver's seat" of your life, to find true fulfillment, to "Design Your Life." Having worked in the field of mental health for 30 years and in a private practice setting for over 20 years, I have developed a wide range of experience and specialties to assist my clients in changing what is not working in their lives. I specialize in the treatment of adults, families, parents, children, and adolescents.
