I am a licensed bilingual, bicultural therapist with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I find great fulfillment in working with individuals and families who are ready to take the courageous first step toward change. My approach is to create a safe, supportive space where healing can begin. My own journey of healing has given me a deep sense of empathy and understanding for those I work with. I am now incorporating spiritual and traditional healing practices into my therapeutic approach to support the diverse communities I serve.
