I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) working with clients across the state of California. I typically work with children, teens, parents, individual adults, and couples. My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I typically use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Strength-Based Therapy with adults, to see where the negative thoughts are impacting a client’s life. I use Play Therapy with children, or model it for parents, as it is easier for children to understand with play, than with using words.
