I help individuals uncover and address barriers to balance, happiness, and personal success. We then work to find and empower the Client's own "Inner Coach" in order to achieve the desired goals. I also specialize in Counseling and Coaching for Teens and Parents who are suffering, helping the teen who feels lost, unacceptable, unaccepted and is rejecting of self, and Parents who are struggling with a troubled or troubling Teen.
