Hey, brave soul, congrats on taking the first step to feel happier! My name is Rocky, and I love to help people! I specialize in helping those with issues regarding depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, the LGBTQIA+ community, the poly/kink/ENM communities, sexuality, spirituality, ADHD and neurodivergence, stress management, and work/life balance. I also support current and former members of the LDS church experiencing concerns of faith. Couples therapy is something I also offer. Finding a therapist can feel scary, but don't worry!
