I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment in which clients feel understood and cared for as we journey together through life’s difficulties. My goal is to help my clients find hope and healing while identifying personal strengths in order to live their best life. I have a person centered approach to counseling that is tailored to who you are as an individual.
