Hi, how are you? Hola, Como estas? My name is Rodrigo, and I am a clinical therapist, who is fluent in both English and Spanish. I have been practicing and specialize helping adolescents, families, and adults of all ages to cope with anxiety, depression, and significant life adjustments. I also have a background in treating individuals with other mental health disorders from psychosis to other mood disorders from my experience working at a community clinic. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy to help manage struggles you might be going through.
