I'm a therapist who graduated from NYU, licensed in New York, New Jersey, California, and Florida, and I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, couples and I also welcome all identities . My focus is on helping people navigate challenges around trauma, substance use, shame, sexuality, and relationship dynamics—especially those rooted in attachment wounds. I offer a space where you can show up just as you are, without judgment, and explore what healing and growth can look like for you. I’m trained in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), which means our work can go beyond just talking.
