Do you ever feel like you're just not thriving like you would like to be? For over 20 years, I have been on a journey to understand what helps people heal and thrive. Along the way, I have earned master's degrees in Clinical Psychology, Physical Therapy, and Applied Positive Psychology, as well as a background in Kinesiology and certification as an Athletic Trainer. My work with local athletes, professional teams, and U.S. national teams has taught me one thing above all: mental, emotional, and physical health are deeply connected and lasting change happens when we address the whole person.
